MDN Billing President
Over 15 years of medical billing, collections and practice management experience. Melissa is a certified professional coder (CPC) with knowledge in all specialties of the medical field.

MDN Billing Services main focus is to obtain maximum reimbursement for the services you provide. At MDN our clients undergo a practice evaluation were our CPC’s analyze your practice, procedure and codes to make recommendations that ensure a accurate and maximum reimbursement.

Patient demographics and charges are collected from the practice or the practice can utilize our full practice management and EHR system. Our specialist reviews all bills and utilize our practice management claim scrubbing prior to submission. Claims are then submitted to insurance companies via electronic submission.

Payments are received either via Electronic Remittance Advice or hard copy EOB’s that the office will provide. Once received, they will be posted to the outstanding claims.

Accounts receivable unpaid claim reports are ran and followed up upon daily. We will balance bill patients for all monies owed.
